As factories become more connected, industrial computers are being asked to process more data, communicate with more equipment and fit into increasingly crowded control cabinets. ICP Electronics introduces the IEI DRPC-W-ASL, a compact fanless DIN-rail embedded computer designed for smart manufacturing, industrial automation and connected edge applications.
Powered by a choice of Intel® Atom™ x7433RE, Atom™ x7835RE or Intel® Processor N150, the DRPC-W-ASL provides scalable performance for applications ranging from machine monitoring and industrial gateways to automation control and edge data processing.
Three 2.5GbE LAN ports make the system particularly useful where multiple cameras, controllers or network devices need high-speed connectivity. Dual independent display outputs support HDMI up to 4K @ 30Hz and DisplayPort up to 4K @ 60Hz, while USB, optional serial and digital I/O provide flexible integration with industrial equipment.
For deployment flexibility, the DRPC-W-ASL supports DIN-rail or wall mounting, 12–28V DC input, DDR5 memory, SATA storage and M.2 expansion. Selected Atom configurations also support operation from -40°C to +70°C, making the platform suitable for demanding industrial environments.
